How Delivery Works

1. Warehouse Pickup (Days 1–3)

After your order is placed, your sauna is picked up from our Southern California distribution center by one of our trusted freight carriers including Saia, Estes Express, Custom Companies, and ACF Freight.

Pickup typically occurs within 1–3 business days.

2. Transit to Local Terminal (Days 3–8)

Your sauna is transported to the freight terminal nearest to your location. Once it arrives, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment.

Some locations may require a smaller last-mile delivery truck for final delivery.

3. Delivery Day (Days 8–10)

On delivery day, the carrier will unload your sauna using a liftgate and place it at your curbside or driveway area.
